Reports taken of fraud on TR 366, Berlin Township, and theft on SR 754, Ripley Township, on CR 172, Walnut Creek Township, and on TR 308, Hardy Township.Report taken of a one vehicle non-injury accident on TR 560, Prairie Township.Cody Allen Smail, 18, of Killbuck, was arrested for trafficking in drugs. He was released on a $1,500 cash or surety bond.Angela Gail North, 32, of Orrville, was arrested for passing bad checks. She was released on a $2,500 cash or surety bond.District #1 fire personnel responded to a vehicle fire on S. Washington, Millersburg; situation was quickly contained.
