Obstructed roadway reported on SR 83, Prairie Township; proper road crew was notified. Obstructed roadway reported on SR 39, Berlin Township; all was OK. Reports taken of a citizen dispute on TR 67, Killbuck Township, and a bad check on US 62, Paint Township. A 911 hang up call reported on CR 407, Mechanic Township. Two missing juveniles reported on CR 23, Knox Township; they were found to be OK. Citizen assisted on Olde Pump St., Walnut Creek. A 911 hang up call reported on TR 183, Clark Township; it was determined to be phone line problems.OSP handled reports of a three vehicle non-injury accident on SR 39, Walnut Creek Township, and a one vehicle injury on SR 515, Walnut Creek Township.Kellyn J. Ickes, 23, of Loudonville, was arrested for forgery. She was released on bond.Todd A. Kamer, 49, of Millersburg, was arrested for DUI. He remains incarcerated.Billy J. West, 21, of Killbuck, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was released on bond.
