Officers unable to locate drunk driver reported on SR 39, Monroe Township.Report taken of a one vehicle non-injury accident on CR 318, Ripley Township.Robert C. Callahan, 22, of Millersburg, was arrested for a probation violation. He remains incarcerated.Kenneth B. Swinehart, 31, of Lakeville, was arrested for telephone harassment. He was released on bond.Winesburg fire personnel responded to a chimney fire on CR 200, Paint Township; situation was contained. Holmes Fire District #1 personnel responded to a chimney fire on CR 56, Mechanic Township; situation was contained.
