Report taken of grand theft on SR 241, Salt Creek Township. Welfare check completed on CR 35, Killbuck Township.OSP handled reports of a two vehicle non-injury accident at SR 39 and Walnut St., Walnut Creek Township, a one vehicle injury at CR 70 and TR 161, Clark Township, and a two vehicle non-injury at TR 401 and SR 39, Walnut Creek Township. Report taken of a one vehicle non-injury accident at SR 754 and CR 320, Monroe Township.Kendra Dawn McVicker, 25, of Millersburg, was arrested for violation of bond. She remains incarcerated.Allen L. Gingerich, 49, of Holmesville, was arrested for two counts of theft. He remains incarcerated on two $50,000 cash or surety bonds.Nathan Paul Hoxworth, 27, of Millersburg, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.Ronald Edward Bernhart, 18, of Killbuck, was arrested for underage consumption. He remains incarcerated.East Holmes fire personnel responded to US 62, Berlin Township, for a smoke investigation; problem was found, situation was quickly contained.
