Salva-Reans for new leadership

This November the citizens of Wooster will have an exciting opportunity to choose fresh, new leadership. For the first time in more than a decade, we will have a new mayor. If you want a real and meaningful change for the better, Independent candidate Mary Salva-Reans is the right choice.

Mary will not be satisfied with the status quo. She will strive to make things as good as they can be for our city by listening to and taking seriously the concerns of everyone, not just of a few.

I have gotten to know Mary Reans well through her active involvement and leadership
at the church we both attend. Mary is eager to devote her time and energy to dealing
with the needs and challenges we face, facilitating opportunities for everyone to work
together and finding and implementing solutions. As mayor she will make open, two-way communication a priority.

Mary Reans is keenly aware of the lack of affordable housing in Wooster and the many ways this negatively affects our residents, our economy and our city as a whole. She will work together with every segment of our population to find the best ways to remedy these and all the other problems facing our citizens. Mary Reans will dedicate her time and energy to ensuring Wooster remains a good and affordable place to live and raise a family, with necessary services, safe and affordable housing, and effective schools available to the entire community.

Please join me in voting for Mary Salva-Reans, Independent, for mayor on Nov. 7.
