Open house for Wooster comprehensive plan

The City of Wooster, having initiated the process to update its comprehensive plan, will unveil plan recommendations on Monday, Nov. 6 from 5-7 p.m. at City Hall, 538 N. Market St. The community is welcome.

The meeting will start with a formal presentation and lead into an open house with activities and discussion.

The comprehensive plan will guide the community for years to come and creates a platform to guide and align local leaders, stakeholders and the community. The perspective of city residents is crucial regarding housing, development, mobility, parks and recreation, infrastructure, quality of life and more.

If you cannot attend the open house, a recording of it and a series of virtual engagement exercises will be made available Thursday, Nov. 9.
