When it’s too hot for outdoor fun, a summertime show at Ohio Star Theater in Sugarcreek is a great idea.

The new musical titled “Dear Soldier Boy” is playing through the summer. The story revolves around Anna, a young Amish woman with a compassionate heart. As you may know, Amish folks make great pen pals, and when Anna decides to write letters to a soldier, she has no idea how her life will be affected. This musical making its Ohio debut at the Ohio Star Theater combines comedy and romance.
