Mugicians fun for whole family at the Dover Public Library

T.J. and Emma Marlatt, who call themselves The Mugicians, will perform Thursday, Oct. 19 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Dover Public Library. They bring a blend of music, magic and comedy to the stage. They use musical styles featuring Native American flutes, violin and percussion fused with magic and illusions.
The word “mugician” is used to describe a person who is both a musician and a magician. T.J. Marlatt received the Intercontinental Wizarding Society Marlin Award for Best Mugician Ever. He and Emma have been sharing their talents for the past decade.
This program is co-sponsored by the College Club of Tuscarawas County, which is a group of university women whose mission is to enrich the interests of college-educated women and to enable deserving students to continue their college education through scholarships.
The program will be held in the community room at the DPL, 525 N. Walnut St., Dover. Register online at www.doverlibrary.org/events or call the library at 330-343-6123.
