Incidents: The Holmes County Sheriffs Office was requested to deliver a message to a residence on U.S. 62 in Richland Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a group of cattle loose on the roadway on SR 3 in Washington Township. The Ohio State Patrol handled this report. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a theft from a residence on TR 267 in Monroe Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a 911 hang up call from a location on TR 420 in Walnut Creek Township. All was found to be OK. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle on SR 39 in Walnut Creek Township, The Holmes County Sheriffs Office conducted a welfare check at a residence on TR 501 in Ripley Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle on SR 83 in Mechanic Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of harassing phone calls being received at a residence on TR 501 in Ripley Township. Accidents:The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a one vehicle non-injury accident on TR 361 in Berlin Township. The Ohio State Highway Patrol handled this report. Arrests: Albert Scott Schuler, age 24, of Coshocton was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriffs Office for Failure to Appear. He remains incarcerated on a $1,000 cash or surety bond. Kenneth Brian Allen, age 38, of Elyria was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriffs Office for Child Endangering and Domestic Violence. He was released on a $2,500 cash or surety bond. Gregory Allen Johnson, age 32, of Millersburg was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriffs Office for Failure to Appear. He was released on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.
