Incidents: The Holmes County Sheriffs Office took a report for burglary on CR 320 in Monroe Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a prowler on TR 420 in Walnut Creek Township. All was OK. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of an animal on SR 241 in Salt Creek Township. The Ohio State Patrol handled this report. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a suspicious person on N. Main St. in Killbuck. The described subject was not located. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of fraud on CR 58 in Mechanic Township. Advice was given. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a disabled vehicle on SR 39 in Monroe Township. Assistance was given. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office assisted another agency on S. Washington St. in Millersburg. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a 911 hang up on SR 754 in Monroe Township. All was OK. Arrests: Brittany A. Umstead, age 27, of Ashland was arrested for failure to appear and probation violation. She is currently incarcerated in the Holmes County Jail. Todd A. Lahna, age 30, of Fresno was arrested for domestic violence. He is currently incarcerated in the Holmes County Jail.
