Incidents: The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a suspicious person on state Route 83 in Hardy Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a power line down across the roadway on state Route 39 in Walnut Creek Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a suspicious vehicle at a residence on Township Road 258 in Monroe Township.The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a possible burglary at a residence on Falcon Drive in Berlin Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of low hanging power lines on state Route 557 in Berlin Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle on state Route 93 in Clark Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of theft from a residence on Township Road 20 in Knox Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a tree down blocking the road on County Road 329 in Prairie Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a missing person from a residence on Township Road 464 in Washington Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a 911 hang up call from a residence on state Route 60 in Killbuck Township. All was found to be OK. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle on U.S. 62 in Killbuck Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office located animals running at large on property on Township Road 20 in Knox Township. The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a barking dog complaint at a residence on N. Water St. in Killbuck. Accidents: The Holmes County Sheriffs Office received a report of a two vehicle non-injury accident on County Road 201 in Berlin Township. Arrests: Anthony Joe Miller, 22, of Millersburg was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriffs Office for Felonious Assault. He was released on an O.R. Bond. Samantha Dawn Ratliff, 28, of Wooster was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriffs Office for a Community Sanctions Violation. She remains incarcerated on a $15.000 cash or surety bond. Tessa Joann Brown, 20, of Millersburg was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriffs Office for a Community Sanctions Violation. She was released on an O.R. Bond. Fires:Holmesville Fire personnel responded to a report of an unknown type fire at a residence on Township Road 573 in Prairie Township. Holmesville Fire personnel responded to a report of a tree down on power lines causing them to arc on State Route 83 in Prairie Township.
