HCA hosting art classes this summer

Holmes Center for the Arts will host several classes this summer.

—Printmaking with Karen Drongowski for kindergarten through fifth grade will be June 27-29 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. for $50.

—Intro to Photography/Portraiture will be Thursday, July 6 from 6:30-8 p.m. for $15. Learn photography basics and how to capture/frame a portrait with Carolyn Rohr.

—Art for Adults with Karen Drongowski will be Thursdays, July 6, 13, 20 and 27 from noon to 1:30 p.m. for $60 for all four classes or $15 per class. Explore various art media and styles.

—Digital Art with Shelly Richey will be Saturdays, July 8, 15, 22 and 29 for tweens from 10-11 a.m. and teens from 11 a.m. to noon for $45. Explore the world of digital art with iPad Pro.

—Fairy Tale Workshop will be July 11 and 13 from 9-10 a.m. for $25 for two age groups: 3-5 and 6-8.

—Wheel Throwing Ceramics with Eric Yoder will be Tuesdays, July 11, 18 and 25 and Aug. 1 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. for $95, plus a supply fee of $20.

—Under the Sea Workshop will be July 18 and 20 from 9-10 a.m. for $25 for two age groups: 3-5 and 6-8.

—Mixed Media with Karen Drongowski for kindergarten through fifth grade will be July 18-20 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. for $50.
