Friends of the LPL book sale is Aug. 31

Stock up on books and reading material at the Friends of the Loudonville Public Library book sale on Saturday, Aug. 31 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. outside the library on the west side near the park, weather permitting.

Attendees will find both fiction and nonfiction books including a selection of large-print books, books on CD and children’s books. Most books are available on a donation basis with some specialty items marked with a suggested price. Attendees also can visit the Friends’ Bookstore on the main level anytime during regular library hours to purchase books for a donation.

Consider becoming a member of the Friends group for $5 per year. Friends of the Loudonville Public Library membership forms are available in the bookstore and can be completed and dropped off at the circulation desk.

All proceeds go to support Loudonville Public Library services and programs.
