Dennison Depot to host Yellowstone-themed gala

The Dennison Railroad Depot Museum Emerging Professionals Committee will host a Yellowstone-themed gala, Cattle & Cowboys, on Saturday, Aug. 12, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Tool Shed at Breitenbach Wine Cellars and Vineyards in Dover. This event will include a Chuck Wagon-themed buffet, live and silent auctions, a Yellowstone whiskey-bourbon tasting, and a 50/50 drawing.

The evening will feature a menu by local chef Cameron Krahel. The dinner will include a fresh green leaf salad, cornbread, smoked brisket, barbecued chicken breast, green beans, baked potatoes and a miniature cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream.

Following dinner, the live auction will take place with auctioneers Brad and Blair Hillyer. Guests can view the items before the auction on the dance floor. Throughout the night guests also can visit the second floor of the Tool Shed to view the silent auction items and place their bids before the closing of the auction at 9:30 p.m.

The event also will feature a grand prize: the Rip and Beth’s weekend adventure for two package featuring a 14-karat yellow gold Kingman turquoise and diamond pendant with matching earrings and bracelet from Rodriguez’s House of Stones. This package also features a trip to the spa with a gift certificate to the Woodhouse Spa in Columbus and a three-day, two-night stay for two at KD Guest Ranch in Adamsville, Ohio.

Guests can purchase a Cattle & Cowboys flask during the gala for a chance to win the grand prize.
