CrowTown ThrowDown Myo Mayhem goat show coming in August

The CrowTown ThrowDown Myo Mayhem goat show is a national show sanctioned by the Myotonic Goat Registry based in Alabama. The show will be held at the Coshocton County Fairgrounds Aug. 5-6.

Amy Taylor, event coordinator, said there are exhibitors registered from Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Virginia and Ohio.

“Myotonic (fainting goats) breeders can enter their registered animals at the website, showman.app, up until the date of the show,” she said. “We will be running three shows over the two days.”

Real McCoy BBQ will be on the grounds on Saturday, and the Coshocton County Goat Barn Improvement Committee will have a food stand on Sunday with all of the donations being used for the improvements needed at the goat facilities.
