3:51 P.M. Timothy Martin of Florida struck a vehicle operated by Adam Warren of Warsaw. Timothy Martin then fled the scene. Mr. Martin was apprehended a short time later and was arrested for OVI and leaving the scene.

Complaints

8:29 A.M. Delmont Dobson Virginia Township Trustee reported damage to a section to Township Road 289.

3:22 P.M. Kyle Chupp reported vandalism to the gas tank of his vehicle.

3:38 P.M. Dari Queen of Coshocton reported an employee theft.

4:42 P.M. Brian Argentine reported a window was busted out of his vehicle.
