MVL announces girls soccer awards

Several Coshocton and River View varsity girls soccer players received honors from the Muskingum Valley League.

Big School Division MVL honors for River View included: First team – Emma Sampsel, senior, Audrey Border, sophomore, and Kylie Miller, sophomore; honorable mention – Alyssa Fox, sophomore, and Elaina Brenly, freshman. The Lady Bears finished third in the league with an MVL record of 5-3-1.

Small School Division MVL honors for Coshocton included: First team – Isabelle Lauvray, junior, Hailey Helter, senior, Cammy Wilson, junior; special mention – Sophia Skelton, sophomore, and Destiny Frye, senior. The Lady Redskins finished second in the league with a MVL record of 3-6.
