Trumpet in the Land to present classic thriller, Dracula

As day turns to night, join the cast of Trumpet in the Land on Oct. 7, 8, 14, and 15 as the legendary vampire Dracula walks the hills of the Schoenbrunn Amphitheatre. The startling double twist at the end of the show will have spectators looking over their shoulders until they are once again safe in their cars. Dracula will make hair stand on end as audience members are enveloped by the ever-ominous darkness and the sound of the children of the night in the open-air amphitheater. Guests will be enthralled by the mesmerizing story, but hopefully won’t be too quick to think that the person sitting beside them is just another audience member, as they watch the blood-sucking Count Dracula, played by Joe Bonamico, as well as Corey Zickel as the insect-eating Renfield, the relentless Professor Van Helsing played by Bart Herman and Mark Durbin as the comical butler, Charles. Remaining cast members include Katie Bellantone, Spencer Sickmann, Missy Zickel, Kami Stanley, Kenn Holmes, Elizabeth Lawson, Lora Cotton, Katie Maiello, Caleb Clark, Katie O’Connor, Zach Flax, and Katie Swider Tickets for this eerie 8 p.m. production can be purchased at the Trumpet in the Land box office, the Tuscarawas County Convention & Visitors Bureau or by calling 330-339-1132 or 330-364-5111.
