Robert A. Morris, 54, of Dover, died Dec. 11, 2011, at Hennis Care Centre, surrounded by his family.Born Nov. 17, 1957, in Wyandotte, Mich., Bob was the son of Anna Mary Hadorn of Dover and the late William Edward Morris Sr. He had been employed at the New Philadelphia AMVETS and was known as Burger Bob. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.In addition to his mother, Bob will be sadly missed by his sisters, Valerie (Joe) Lefler of Midvale, Peggy (Butch) Barnhart of Dover, Stephanie (Dave) Teague of Sante, Calif., and Malea Santana of Dover; brothers, Bill (Diane) Morris of Columbus, Jerry Morris of Dover, John (Jody) Morris of New Philadelphia, Charles (Kathi) Morris of Easton, Pa., and Mike Morris of Dover; many nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles; and close friends whom he loved, Penny and Bill Dreher, Monica Dreher, and Jason Ross.He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Edgar Hadorn; sister and brother-in-law, Victoria and Patrick Grewell; and nephews, Matthew Morris and John Jeffries.Cremation has been entrusted to Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover.
