Pauline D. Trosky, 67, of Bolivar, formerly of West Virginia, died May 12, 2010, at Aultman Hospital, Canton, following a brief illness.Pauline was born April 24, 1943, in Boone County, West Virginia, to the late Thomas and Lena Carter. She graduated from high school in West Virginia and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of Bolivar. She had worked for Burfield Farms of Bolivar, where she worked in produce. She loved to crochet and had many friends and loved animals.Surviving are her husband, Joseph Trosky of Bolivar; children, William (Eileen) Danielson III, Maryann (Kenneth) Caul, and Tina Higginbotham; three grandchildren, Kinlee Rose Danielson, K.C. Caul, and Katrinn Danielson; and siblings, Sue Honeycutt, Charlotte Simonds, Billy Carter, Gibby Carter, and Joe Carter.She was preceded in death by brothers, Tommy Carter, Jimmy Sanborn, and Paul Carter; and sisters, Martha Hills and Mary Louise Carter.Services are private and burial will be in West Virginia.Lebold Funeral Home, Bolivar, handled arrangements.
