Hiland baseball program hosting pasta feast Jan. 28
The Hiland Hawks and Indian Valley Braves will create a basketball frenzy on Friday, Jan. 28, with that game playing a big part in who will control the Inter-Valley Conference South division.
However, before the tip-off, the Hiland baseball program will provide a feeding frenzy.
The Hiland Hawks baseball team will host its annual pasta dinner on Friday, Jan. 28 in the Hiland High School cafeteria.
The meal will offer a variety of Italian dishes, as well as garlic bread, Italian salad and desserts. The dinner will take place from 4:30-7 p.m. The cost is on a donation basis. All proceeds will go toward the Hiland Hawks baseball program. Along with the dinner, the baseball program will have its annual prize raffle.
Raffle tickets can be purchased in advance from a Hiland baseball player or during the pasta dinner. The price is $2 per ticket or $10 for six tickets. The drawing will take place at 6:15 p.m. the night of the pasta dinner.
