The Dover Public Library will host a six-week series of free computer classes for the public beginning March 8. Tech Nights @ the Library will be held Monday evenings, from 6-7:30 p.m., in the library’s technology room and are free and open to the public. The six-session series will cover the following topics: Web Browsers and Search Engines; E-mail and Attachments; Basic Computers; Facebook, MySpace, and Blogging; Security and E-Commerce; File Management and Archiving Data.“There is such a need for computer education in the Tuscarawas Valley and we see the library’s Tech Nights as a fun and inexpensive way for the public to pick up a few tips about computers,” said Mary Prysi, technology room coordinator. “Our technology room is a great forum for learning and it is our hope to utilize it more in the future.”Anyone interested in attending the computer classes can call the library at 330-343-6123 to register. The Dover Public Library is located at 525 N. Walnut Street in Dover.
